Please Read Policies Before Booking An Appointment

Covid is still surfacing so please take precautions and be careful. If you are experiencing fever, cough, chills, diarrhea, shortness of breath or lives with someone who is showing symptoms or positive for Covid please do not schedule or come to your appointment. All clients must come to their appointment alone. No extra guest will be allowed. Upon arrival your temperature will be taken and a mask must be worn at all times and during the duration of your service. Clients will be required to wash hands before receiving services. I recommend using the restroom before your service starts. During your service you will not be allowed to make or receive calls. Phones must be kept away from lash area. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes to your appointment. Blankets will not be provided during service. Thank you for understanding. I hope to see you soon!

*To book an appointment, you must pay a non refundable retainer fee through the site 

*Please arrive five minutes before scheduled appointment. 

*Please arrive with clean lashes. No mascara, make up, or any other debris or  there will be $15 fee for a lash bath. 

*If you are booking a fill in and it has been more than 3 weeks I will email or text you to let you know that you have gone over the 3 week period and you will need to book a full set. If you do not respond within 24 hours I will cancel your appointment. 

*Please keep in mind that coupons can not be combined with promotions and specials!

Fills are done every 2-3 weeks (13-22days) depending on care and how quickly your eyelashes grow. Fill ins take a shorter amount of time to do and the price may vary upon arrival depending on care of lash extensions. Must have 20% -40% of lashes remaining and must be my work for you to get a fill. If it has been more than 3 weeks, you will be charged for a full set. If lashes are not done by me, you will be required to get a full set. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A FILL IN IF YOU NEED A FULL SET ! IF YOUR LASHES ARE DIRTY PLEASE SCHEDULE A LASH BATH WITH YOUR APPOINTMENT. Please keep in mind that a one week fill in is 5-8 days,  two week fill in is between 9-14 days and a 3 week fill in is 15-22 days. 

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment please keep in mind that I require 24 hour notice before cancellation. If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment starts you will not be charged. Any appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours will be charged 50% and forfeit deposit and all no shows will have to pay for service in advance if booked a second time and will be charged remaining balance for no show appointment and forfeit deposit.   Yes, you can reschedule your appointment before or within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. All cancellations must be completed via website or email. If you do no see  the option to cancel, it means you are past your acceptable cancellation window and will be subjected to a cancellation fee. If you do not have the option to cancel please email your cancellation request to cancellations@glamgirlbymo.com

 If you arrive late, I will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule. If we do not have to reschedule, you will be charged a late fee at the end of your appointment. If we have to reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit. Out of respect and consideration for your eyelash therapist and other customers, please try your best to be on time.
