Wellness Policy
If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, or congestion, please reschedule your appointment.
The health and comfort of all clients is our priority.
Booking Policy
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- Please arrive on time.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
- Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require rescheduling.
- Remaining balances are due at your appointment.
*Please keep in mind that coupons can not be combined with promotions and specials!
Fill Ins
To book a fill appointment, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining.
- 2 Week Fill: Best within 10–14 days
- 3 Week Fill: Best within 15–21 days
If too many lashes are missing, a full set may be required.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee and future booking restrictions
